It’s always nice when our team receives a referral from past clients as that tells me they  were happy with the service we provided them.



Shari and her boyfriend Jason had contacted us by completing an online request for  one of our free reports, “13 Extra Costs to be Aware of Before Buying a Home”. We  sent the report and followed up to let them know the report had been sent and to ask if  they were planning to buy anytime soon and if so, to offer our services.



One of the agents on our team, Janette, met with Shari and Jason at our office and after explaining how the Brian Kondo Home Buying System works as well as answering all  their questions, they agreed to have Janette help them buy their first home. In just over  3 weeks, they purchased their first home in Courtice.



They were excited and must have been happy with how Janette and our team helped  them in their quest, because a short time later, they referred us to friends of theirs, Brad  and Jeanette, who were renting in Toronto and were looking to buy, hopefully close to  their friends in Courtice or somewhere in Durham Region. Our Janette spoke to  Jeanette and got their search criteria so we could add them to our custom Homehunter  Service. She also found out that Brad and Jeanette already had a mortgage pre approval.



Within 3 days, Janette had them out looking at homes. Unfortunately, they didn’t like  any of the 6 homes they saw. Two days later, Janette showed them 5 more homes and  still, none of those homes “wowed” them either. Then a few days later, Janette found 2  more homes to show them, and they absolutely loved one of them. Before they went  ahead with an offer, they just wanted Jeanette’s dad to take a look. He gave his seal of  approval and Janette submitted an offer. It was accepted and they were ecstatic.



It was just 12 days from the initial call from Jeanette to the accepted offer. This just  goes to show how seriously we are about helping our clients realize their dreams. We  will explain how the buying process works, show how the Brian Kondo Home Buying  System works and set aside as much time as necessary to show our clients as many  homes as necessary, even if we are taking them out every day until the perfect home is  found.
